The Kentfield School District community is committed to maintaining the highest quality education program possible for its children. This commitment is shared by the Board of Trustees as the community's elected representatives, and by the District's professional staff. The Kentfield School District Policy Book is intended by the Board to provide our community and staff with a comprehensive and concise document outlining the policies which form the basis for all decisions taken by the Board.

The Policy Book includes all policies required by law and optional policies developed and adopted by the Kentfield School District. Each year the Board revises current policy or develops new policy in response to new legislation, directives from the State Department of Education or suggestions by parents or staff.

The current version of the Policy Book has been distributed to all administrators and is available by clicking the link above. Publication of the Policy Book on this site is intended to serve as notification and disclosure of certain rights and privileges as required by law.

The Kentfield School District is proud to be a tobacco free district.  Tobacco use is prohibited on all agency property and at all school sponsored events.  This policy is enforced
