Parent Education: Raising Happy & Successful Teens in the Age of Anxiety & Distraction
Save the date!! Tuesday, August 31 at 6 PM Hall Middle School is kicking the year off with a Parent Education night and we would love to welcome your parent community to attend this unique opportunity!
Join us for a conversation and Q&A between sociologist Dr. Christine Carter, author of The New Adolescence: Raising Happy and Successful Teens in an Age of Anxiety and Distraction, and Principal at Hall Dr. Toni Brown. Dr. Carter and Dr. Brown will discuss how our experience of parenting can dramatically change (for the better!) during adolescence, as well as the three key skills today’s kids need — and how parents can instill them.
This Hall Middle School PTA sponsored event will be held in person for 100 Hall parents and virtually for local families.
